Yuki Yaki + Cheap dinner( Royals @esplanade exchange)

I went to meet prawn after work, dats is why i have flat hair + wearing formal attire.

I also had to hide my long hair by tucking it into the collar, securing it with pins :/

Anyway i dont work dere anymore le (dat day was my last day too (: )

Anyway we went to Yuki Yaki, since its having like ard 13++ for 6 in 1 buffet.

Free flow drinks, steamboat, teppanyaki, icecream (teppan), fried food & sushi.

Like salmon leh!!

Isnt it like ridiculously expensive?

As in for a less den 17 dollars buffet, bud it had lots of fats & was rather cold so i didnt take alot.

Prawn's beef + my pork belly

The pork belly stinks (IMO) , it had this unpleasant porky smell.

Like it wasnt handled properly, so i couldnt finsh it even thou it was like 5 pieces.

I dumped it into the soup & left it there ;x

Bud i was amazed , seriously.

The buffet had scallops, mussels and bamboo clams.

Like wow, Yuki Yaki has definitely upped its game against other buffet outlets (:

&& we took like 1-2 hrs eating the food and we proceeded to the icecream teppan :D

&& DURIAN FLAVOURED ONES!

I was telling prawn jokingly whether there was durian flavoured ones.

&& there was! Amazing.

The taste was not bad (:

I also have to say that we were rather bad in making the icecream because we didnt noe that we should not wait for the ice to form, we should pour the liquid on the metal surface instead of the ice.

&& we took 4-5 cups onli and had a hard time finshing it.

I saw 2 girls with table of 8 cups or so, i wonder how dey can finsh it hahha.

We left YukiYaki at ard 5 and walked around.

We went to watch Resident Evil after that (:

&& The cinema had like 2-3 rows of ppl onli lor, super freaky.

We 2 gungho ppl sit at the centre of the cinema alone :x

I was dam scared if something will pop up on my left or below me ><

I got frightened many times by the sudden zombie attacks haha.

Stil full (at ard 8) we walked around to find light snacks for dinner.

The chicken chop pasta + ribena was $6.50 only.

+ the lemon water was around $1.50?

Then the kind boss (incharge of the day) who was helping his sister to take care of the business gave us this.

You do know that this is the ultimate combi for great taste.

&& he gave it to us for free! :o

We were super guilty so we ordered a slice of cake ( we were dam full u see ); )

Can u believe it?

It tastes not bad u noe? Decent enough to be priced at 3 bucks i swear.

&& when we foot our bill the 6.50 chicken chop set had discount for students, 30% discount.

SO in total we paid 8 dollars ( not each okay) for 

Chicken chop + ribena + lemon water + super sinful brownie & icecream + Carrot cake.

Thats like 4 bucks each!

All their cakes(slices) are priced rather low, ard $1.20-$3.00 

Even as a consumer, i worry about their livelihood. 

It should be hard to maintain such business .

(next time i go past esplanade exchange confirm support them 1)

We couldnt help bud keep saying how lucky we were on that day.

&& mind u, the chicken pasta was fab!

Bud dont try ur luck going there just to get the free brownie & icecream 

I doubt they give it to everyone, but i was really lucky to have a plate of it F.O.C 

Bud u should try buying the cakes & setmeals they offer, Ultra pocket friendly (:
