Finally the 4 long awaited days are over, close to 12 hours everyday for 4 days.. I was selling Lenovo under the company of NewStead Technologies. At first I was really afraid because i noe nuts about desktop, laptops and nettbooks. && sometimes i even get despised by 'pro' customers and they even retorted rudely

'Do you noe your products or not?'

  After countless effort of trying to convince ppl to buy our machines, i sorta get the hang of selling the machines, especially catering to their needs. Sometimes we also need to pull down other brand's reputation in order to prove that ours is better.

Also when i first started I was really emo because although it was the first day, close to everyone sold something at ard 6pm,some sold 3. I was still an 'EGG' ( what they call to represent 0 ). Imagine how demoralising it was . Yes u may say that its the first day ONLY, but why can other ppl staffs (mind u 20-30 of us) can sell at least one? In the end i sold my virgin piece at 8pm, the feeling was really estatic! Writing down the form and of course giving them free gifts. Thanks to this Malay couple from NUS (:

Then i kind of got the hang of writing down the forms ( need to be precise too). Most of the ppl there at IT fair was fun , we were all crazy and mostly joking or encouraging each and other (; The odd habit we have is to talk to each other without even knowing each other's names, HAHHA. I would also like to thank prawnnie (Felicia) because when we always meet earlier, im most probably late :x  Thank you cuzzzie, for ur patience and always be there waiting for me (:  (well except for cough* honey lemon drink, hahha) .

I didnt really mingle around with the bigger guy's clique bud i talked to some of them before, lol maybe casual talk :S . Sometimes, its hard to make frens maybe because our personalities dun match :o Bud they do help when i ask them questions (: .Also there wont be anymore people unscrupulously snatching away ur targeted customers by walking infront of you and serving them. ( Yess i mean u MMY) Although there wasnt any conflicts this time, there was a little unwanted friction here and there.

Total i sold 1,3,3,7  machines respectively from thurs-sun. I was realli lucky because this customer wanted to buy 3 desktops on the last day thus boosting my sales. However, i could tell that my manager ( Joyce) had a hard time convincing & comprimising to the customer's unreasonable prices. The whole transaction took close to 2 hrs, at first i thought they didnt want it as they left bud they came back and haggled for another hour ;o

Overall i met funny secondary skl frens like YanTing, HuiMin(laughing always) , Julia( chinese name mei li hor?) 

Friendly people like  YongLynn(smallest siewmai), YongHao( Mr 0 mouth) , Dennis , Ruyuan,Priscilla, Evelyn, Kelvin, Skye , Shu hui & Wei Xuan ( tp rocks!)

Although my thighs ,calf,arms (yes we give out fliers too) are drenched in excessive lactic acid, i still feel that IT fair is worth working because of the fun people + money (nt reli alot thou)

On a very random thought im gonna get my camera from the 'hospital' today!
